I've always been full of energy. I'm usually the first one to wake up...without an alarm clock! I could go on teaching five or six yoga classes a day not including all my other activities including my own workout & yoga. Suddenly within the last few months, I noticed my body was literally shutting down. I could not figure out why. I was thinking, "Darn, is this what's getting older feels like?" I was feeling tired...all the time.
