Service Description

The Yoga session will be tailored for individual needs ranging from: Meditation (calming; centering) Yin (Gentle) Yoga (physical/body & mind/mental); Restorative Yoga (mental) Hatha (Asana - Physical, Mental, Breathing) Vinyasa (Asana sequenced in a flow for energizing & strengthening) Power (Physically demanding building endurance, strength, & focus)
