This is more than a retreat. It’s a private, high-touch immersion where wellness meets indulgence.
Day 1 – Arrival and Warm Welcome to Medellín. Airport transfers bring you directly to our exclusive villa in Envigado. Our team greets you with fresh juice and cold towels. Take time to unpack, explore your suite, and soak in the valley views from the villa. Unpack; Settle in, exhale, and let the retreat begin.
4:00 PM – Opening Circle & Gentle Stretch
Meet your retreat family in the open-air shala. Light movement and intention setting to land in your body and release travel tension.
5:30 PM – Golden Hour Unwind
Free time to journal, swim, or enjoy a welcome drink on the terrace as the sun sets over the Aburrá Valley.
7:00 PM – Welcome Dinner
Your first taste of luxury: a chef-curated, multi-course dinner under the stars. Modern Colombian cuisine, fine wine, and unhurried conversation to begin our week together.
9:00 PM – Evening Ritual
Herbal tea and stargazing. Sleep deep knowing the next 7 days are yours.
